Over 100 edible plants and 37 new species of plants, from edible or medicinal herbs through edible shrubs to trees with edible fruits, were planted next to the EFG dormitory and Kruhová hall. The project aims to expand the biodiversity of the campus' natural environment and create places that the local community, whether dormitory students or the general public, can actively use for fruit picking and relaxation. Furthermore, the places serve as an example of growing food in an urban environment without the need to burden the environment with non-ecological means and fertilizers. In 2018, planting was carried out. In the following years, the care of planted plants will continue.
