HEALTH DAYS at CZU

As part of this event, we will also aim at the youngest representatives of the population, i.e., children. They will be the focus of our nutrition and healthy eating expert Ing. M.Sc. Diana Chrpová, Ph.D.
  • lectures on Nutrition and the prevention of civilizational diseases and How to combine theory with practice in child nutrition
  • tips on healthy bread + its tasting awaits you
  • an individual InBody measurement, which will provide information about your body fat percentage and muscles and evaluate your basal metabolism and overall body structure. Registration here

In short, you will learn everything necessary for the proper functioning of the body.

The principles of a healthy lifestyle, including regular exercise and a balanced diet, should be the daily routine for us, not only adults but also the little ones. A short walk, a yoga class, or stretching at home on the carpet in front of the TV is enough – everyone can find those few moments if they want to.

Let us realize that only small but important steps can easily be included on a normal day. Movement goes hand in hand with a varied and balanced diet, which should provide the body with the necessary nutrients and energy without excess sugar or unhealthy fats. A balanced diet that includes enough fruits, vegetables, protein, and healthy fats is the basis for the proper functioning of the body and mind. Avoiding unnecessarily processed foods and consuming enough vitamins and minerals support the immune system, physical condition, and general well-being.

It is not only about us adults, but also about children who form healthy, but unfortunately also unhealthy habits from a very young age, mostly from us adults. So, it is up to us what behaviour patterns we pass on to them. At the same time, minor adjustments to our lifestyle are enough, which can bring noteworthy results - better mood, more energy, healthier body, and mind. All this contributes to good physical condition, mental well-being, and long-term health.

We look forward to seeing you in the Food Pavilion on the 2nd floor in room "Tasting" No. 2.15a, where lectures and tasting will take place. On the 4th floor, you will find nutrition counselling where you can sign up for an InBody measurement –reservation required!
