Panel annotation:
Every change starts with an individual. But how do we turn personal sustainability efforts into a broader transformation of the environment where we live, work, and do business? In this panel, we'll look at how personal commitment can lead to systemic innovation—from homes and schools to offices and festivals to businesses and the transformation of entire industries.

Soňa Klepek Jonášová
I founded INCIEN, platforms such as Change for the Better or Czech Circular Hotspot. I help build the Sustainability community in the Red Button EDU network and lecture, teach, work and consult on their application in practice. I am convinced that external communication is preceded by a deep and well-planned journey that often occurs behind the scenes. I like to participate in it at the level of individual projects and transformation processes of companies and other organizations (Škoda Auto, Zátiší, Ji.hlava) in the form of professional consultations or mentoring individuals. In the long term, I work mainly on systemic change in the transition to a circular economy and sustainable functioning at the Czech, EU and global levels. This work is also often invisible, albeit essential.
Radka Hájková
From implementing a CSR project for Staropramen at Czech music festivals to communication and PR for the Rock for People festival to marketing and strategy for the Hradec Králové venue Park 360. Radka Hájková co-founded the communication and digital agency Community in 2015. She focuses on sustainability communication, social responsibility and community building. She works as a CSR and ESG project manager in the Rock for People team.
She is a co-owner of the ecological publishing house Walden Press and the e-bookstore BioBooks.cz. She has built communications for several organizations and companies focused on sustainability. She completed a two-semester course in Sustainability Management at the University of Chemical Technology
(2021—2022). In her free time, she pampers shelter dogs, collects books and LPs, or engages in activism and volunteering.
Miroslav Punčochář
When he founded Augean Stable 15 years ago, he had a clear vision: to help companies and organizations reduce their environmental impact in a way that makes economic sense. He believes that we are only borrowing our earth from future generations and that ecological solutions do not have to be prohibitively expensive for a company. That is why his organization approaches each project with respect and seeks solutions that are pragmatic and sustainable in the long term. What he loves most about his job is the contact with great people, the fresh air and the knowledge that together, they are doing something that has real meaning for the future.
