As part of the CZU Campus Sustainability Challenge 2021, students designed a set of stickers and posters that challenge CZU students and employees to behave more responsibly towards the environment and themselves. Topics such as waste prevention, consumption reduction, circular economy, health prevention, and how to stop using disposable plastics became the motives.
"Be an inspiration for someone else!" The students encourage.
Positive changes in your behaviour can inspire your surroundings to spread good habits. According to students, in times of climate crisis, it is crucial to convince individuals that the behaviour of each of us has an impact on climate change and that everyone should take responsibility for it. At the same time, they see changes in the individual approach as the basis for collective change, which can have a significant impact consequently.
"Whether you decide to walk up the stairs instead of using an elevator, you start unplugging electrical equipment, take your own mug into the coffee machine, or you don't throw unnecessary functional things in the trash, but donate them to the CZU Free Shop, everything matters! "'say the authors of the stickers.
